The App is designed to manage Ltl Acorn hunting cameras, allowing users to perform functions such as online preview of camera footage, remote parameter settings, controlling photo and video capture, and viewing/saving media files.

  When you create an account to use certain features of the App (e.g., for remote access or cloud services if offered), or if you use third-party login services (e.g., Google Sign-In), we collect your email address, and potentially a username and password you create. Your email address is used for:

  • Account creation, verification, and management.
  • Authenticating your access to the App.
  • Password recovery and reset.
  • Communicating important service-related notices, updates, security alerts, or changes to our terms.
  • Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries.

• Camera Connection Information: To connect and manage your Ltl Acorn hunting camera, you may need to provide camera identifiers (e.g., Camera ID, serial number) and network configuration details.

b) Information Collected Automatically When You Use the App:

• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID), IP address, and mobile network information.
• Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the settings you configure, the actions you take (e.g., taking a photo, starting a recording), timestamps of your activities, and App crash data.
• Camera Data (Media Files): The primary function of the App is to interact with your Ltl Acorn hunting camera. This includes:
  • Live Preview: The App transmits a live video stream from your camera to your mobile device for preview purposes.
  • Photos and Videos: When you use the App to remotely capture photos or videos, or to view/download existing media from your camera's SD card, these media files are transferred to your mobile device. These files are typically stored on your camera's SD card and can be saved to your mobile device's local storage upon your instruction.
• Log Data: When you use our App, we may automatically collect certain log information, including details of how you used our service, IP address, and device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, and the date and time of your requests.

c) Permissions Requested by the App:

To enable the App's functionalities, we may request the following permissions on your mobile device. The collection and use of data obtained through these permissions will be consistent with the purposes declared in our Data Safety section on Google Play:

• Camera: This permission may be required by some Android versions for Wi-Fi direct functionalities to discover and connect to your hunting camera, or for QR code scanning to add a camera. It is NOT used to access your mobile device's primary camera for general photography/videography by the App itself unless explicitly stated for a specific feature.
• Storage (Photos/Media/Files - or granular media permissions on Android 13+ like READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO): To save photos, videos (which may include audio), and potentially other media files captured by or downloaded from your hunting camera to your mobile device's local storage, and to access them for viewing or management within the App.
• Wi-Fi / Network Access / Internet: To connect to the internet, to communicate with your Ltl Acorn hunting camera (either remotely via servers or directly via Wi-Fi/hotspot), and to enable features like firmware updates or cloud services (if applicable).
• Location (Approximate or Precise): Location permission (e.g., `ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION`, `ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION`) is required by the Android operating system for certain functionalities such as:
  • Discovering and connecting to nearby cameras via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth (BLE). Android requires location services to be enabled for apps to scan for Wi-Fi networks or Bluetooth devices.
  • (If applicable and enabled by you) Geotagging photos or videos taken by the hunting camera if this feature is supported and you opt-in to its use.
  We only collect location data when necessary for these functionalities and with your explicit consent where required. You can usually manage location permissions through your device settings.
• Bluetooth (e.g., `BLUETOOTH_SCAN`, `BLUETOOTH_CONNECT`): To discover, connect to, and communicate with Ltl Acorn hunting cameras that support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for setup, control, or data transfer.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To Provide and Manage the App Services: Enabling you to connect to, view, and control your Ltl Acorn hunting cameras, set parameters, capture and manage media.
• To Improve and Personalize the App: Understanding how users interact with the App to enhance user experience, develop new features, and fix bugs.
• For Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide assistance.
• For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the security of our App, our users, and to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
• To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
• Communication: To send you service-related announcements, updates, or administrative messages.

3. How We Share Your Information

• Business Transfers: If ZhuHai Ltl Acorn Electronics Co.,Ltd. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information, including your personal information, would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy if this occurs.

Media File Handling: Photos and videos captured by your Ltl Acorn hunting camera are primarily stored on the camera's SD card and/or on your mobile device's local storage if you choose to download them. The App facilitates the transfer of this data. We do not systematically access or store your media files on our servers for purposes other than facilitating their transmission for live preview or download, or if you explicitly subscribe to and use a cloud storage service offered by us for these files.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the information we collect from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Information such as account details will be kept as long as your account is active. Media files (photos and videos) are primarily managed by you on your camera's SD card and your mobile device.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information that we hold, subject to local data protection laws. These may include:

• Access: The right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

  • Please note that deleting your account will result in the irreversible removal of your account information from our active systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period or as required by law.
  • Media files (photos/videos) stored on your device or camera's SD card are under your control and can be deleted by you directly.
• Objection to Processing: The right to object to our processing of your personal information under certain circumstances.
• Restriction of Processing: The right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information under certain circumstances.
• Data Portability: The right to request to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.
• Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Alternatively, you can submit your request using our online data deletion request form.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

8. International Data Transfers
